I have found working with Sachi a pleasure over these last three months. Our sessions were graduated and interesting. Sachi explained exercises well and related them to personal benefits.
As a result I was comfortable in the gym setting, working at a progressive pace without feeling pushed into things that did not interest me.
Sachi went out of his way to answer questions and was open to alternative requests. I would certainly recommend him to those wanting help with making changes in personal health and fitness.

Hi Sachi,
I feel privileged to have your guidance and personal training at the Te Wananga o Aotearoa Fitness Centre.
Helen and I started with you Monday 19th August.
We committed to a Monday and Wednesday approx 1 hour work out.
The warm up, weights strengthening and warm down for me has been exceptional.
The correct breathing and strengthening the core muscles has been exceptional.
And now, Wednesday 2nd October, as we move into free weight strengthening I feel more confident to take on these series of work outs.
Thank you also for arranging your colleagues in assisting us in the free weight work out.
My target is to strengthen muscles, lose 7kg and enjoy... all of which I am pleased to say is "work in progress'.

Kia ora Sachi,
Thank you to you and the team at the gym at Te Wānanga o Aotearoa (Raroeera Campus) for the support and guidance you have provided over the past six weeks.
I have been made very welcome and encouraged all along this journey towards better health.
I so enjoy the Monday and Wednesday sessions that they have become a priority and attendance is looked forward to each week.
The six weeks has passed so quickly and although I often feel so tired after a session, I realise that I get a good ‘bounce back’ and I actually do more and possibly quicker! Yes, I have more energy. This is the biggest progress for me.
Increased flexibility is a goal and although it appears that I am making slow progress on this, I realise that the challenges are moving me up the scale so flexibiity is increasing!
What is so helpful to me is the:
Patience
Clear instructions
Encouraging words
Listening to what I feel or think I can achieve
Allowing me to progress at my pace and level
Joining in my delight when something is achieved.
Also to be greatly commended is the approach of providing us with many alternative ways to exercise and getting us to consider the lifestyle change that could be maintained without gym attendance.
The boss of the gym is super too, he always has a warm welcome and often has stayed behind to lock up after we leave.
Thank you so much everyone. I am keen to learn so much more from your experience.
